山東裝載機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)不工作應(yīng)該怎么辦？

在大家使用山東裝載機(jī)的過程中，經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)裝載機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)不工作的現(xiàn)象，導(dǎo)致這種現(xiàn)象的原因有很多，比如發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)繼電器的觸摸點(diǎn)氧化、燒蝕、不能閉合，導(dǎo)線銜接處松脫、觸摸不良，蓄電池儲(chǔ)存電量太少等等，那么遇到這種問題時(shí)，應(yīng)該如何處理呢？
1、查看導(dǎo)線銜接處是不是可靠，根據(jù)燈火強(qiáng)弱或喇叭音量巨細(xì)，初步判別蓄電池是不是放電過多，若放電過多，彌補(bǔ)充電即可。

2、查看發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)電磁開關(guān)。用導(dǎo)線短接發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)前方接線柱與電磁開關(guān)接線柱，若發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)不滾動(dòng)，闡明電磁開關(guān)有毛病，應(yīng)拆開維修；若滾動(dòng)，應(yīng)查看發(fā)動(dòng)繼電器。
Check engine solenoid switch. Front engine with a wire shorting terminals with electromagnetic switch terminal, if the engine does not scroll to clarify faulty solenoid switch should open repair; If the scroll, you should check to launch relay.
3、用導(dǎo)線短接發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)兩接線柱，若發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)仍不滾動(dòng)，則可斷定毛病在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)部，可進(jìn)一步判別。若發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)正常滾動(dòng)，闡明毛病部位能夠在電磁開關(guān)、發(fā)動(dòng)繼電器。

4、查看發(fā)動(dòng)繼電器時(shí)，用導(dǎo)線短接其兩個(gè)接線柱，若發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)滾動(dòng)，則闡明發(fā)動(dòng)繼電器有毛病。有能夠常開觸點(diǎn)處氧化而觸摸不良，可用砂紙打磨或替換。
When viewing the launch relay, with a wire shorting its two terminals, if the engine rolling, then clarify the launch relay faulty. There can be normally open contacts of the oxidation and bad touch, use sandpaper or replaced.
5、發(fā)動(dòng)繼電器與電磁開關(guān)接線柱之間的銜接導(dǎo)線有搭鐵、斷路或銜接處有松動(dòng)；也有可能是發(fā)動(dòng)開關(guān)失靈，可作進(jìn)一步查看。
