裝載機發(fā)生柴油機功率下降的現(xiàn)象經常發(fā)生，主要原因可能是柴油機制造質量沒有達到設計標準，導致裝載機柴油機功率減弱。那么導致山東裝載機柴油機功率下降的原因主要有哪些呢？
1、裝載機中連桿軸頸回轉半徑或活塞銷至頂部尺寸不合適，裝載機柴油機功率變弱，導致運行時活塞撞擊缸蓋，沖擊力直接作用于連桿小頭，使其工作不正常面斷裂。

4、柴油機缸壁間隙過小、活塞裙部橢圓度太小，導致運行時活塞膨脹，與缸套的摩擦力增大甚至咬死，致使連桿小頭受力超出設計應力而斷裂。連桿大頭在軸頸上無端隙、曲軸軸向推力軸承軸向、間隙太小、連桿大小頭軸瓦中心線不平行等，造成活塞偏磨，連桿小頭受彎曲力的作用而斷裂。活塞與套的間隙不正確，無潤滑。
