1、一般氣溫在5℃以下,發(fā)動機(jī)起動前應(yīng)加熱水或蒸汽進(jìn)行預(yù)熱,待預(yù)熱到30~40℃以上再進(jìn)行起動。
Usually the temperature below 5 ℃, the water should be heated before starting the engine or steam preheating, to be preheated to above 30 ~ 40 ℃ then start.  
2、當(dāng)氣溫低于0℃時，應(yīng)定時檢查防凍液濃度，同時禁止使用未經(jīng)處理的水作為發(fā)動機(jī)的冷卻液；每天工作完后應(yīng)將水箱下水室、發(fā)動機(jī)、機(jī)油冷卻器及變矩器油冷卻器里的冷卻水放出，以免凍裂；貯氣筒內(nèi)有水汽,經(jīng)常排放，防止凍結(jié)，致使剎車失靈。如果已加防凍液,可不放出。
When the temperature is below 0 ℃, should regularly check the antifreeze concentration, while prohibiting the use of untreated water as the engine coolant; work after a day should water tank room, engine oil cooler and torqueconverter oil cooling the cooling water is released in order to avoid cracking; water vapor within the air reservoir, often emissions, to prevent freezing, resulting in brake failure. If you have added antifreeze, do not release.   
3、冬季車輛使用相對困難,建議每次啟動不應(yīng)超過8秒,如不能啟動,應(yīng)松開啟動開關(guān),待停車1分鐘后再作第二次啟動。
Winter vehicles is relatively difficult, it is recommended not more than 8 seconds each time you start, if not start, you should release the start switch, wait one minute and then stop for a second start.   
4、要在柴油機(jī)的水溫高于55℃、機(jī)油溫度高于45℃時才允許進(jìn)行全負(fù)荷運轉(zhuǎn);作業(yè)時發(fā)動機(jī)的水溫和油溫不應(yīng)超過95℃,變矩器的油溫不應(yīng)超過110℃。
To the water temperature is higher than diesel 55 ℃, when the oil temperature is higher than 45 ℃ allows full load operation; when operating the engine temperature and oil temperature should not exceed 95 ℃, the torque converter oil temperature should not exceed 110 ℃.
