1、檢查過濾器，若堵塞則清洗或更換，觀察油液，若變質(zhì)則更換。檢查總安全閥是否卡住，若卡住，只需拆下總安全閥，清洗主閥芯，使之能自由推動(dòng)即可。
Check the filter, clean or replace if clogged then observe the oil, if the deterioration is replaced. Check whether the overall safety valve stuck, if stuck, simply remove the overall safety valve, cleaning the main valve, so that it can be freely driven.
2、判斷液壓缸活塞密封圈是否已失去密封作用，將動(dòng)臂液壓缸收到底，再將液壓缸大腔出口接頭的高壓膠管拆下，繼續(xù)操縱多路閥的動(dòng)份換向手柄，使動(dòng)份液壓缸進(jìn)一步收回活塞桿。

3、根據(jù)多路閥使用的時(shí)間，分析閥桿與閥體孔的間隙是否過大。若間隙過大或閥磨損嚴(yán)重，應(yīng)更換流量轉(zhuǎn)換閥。

4、檢查閥桿內(nèi)單向閥與閥座接觸面的密封性，若密封不良，可研磨閥座，更換閥芯。檢查彈簧，若變形、變軟或斷裂，均應(yīng)更換。
